TORQUE

Your shop generates more data every day than most owners ever look at.
TORQUE looks at all of it.

Every RO. Every approval. Every photo. Every part. Every service-history line going back years. Nothing else on the market reads what your shop already produces and turns it into useful work — quietly, in the background, without you asking.

What TORQUE does, today

It's not one feature.
It runs through all of them.

When customers describe what TORQUE does for them, they don't list features — they describe what's no longer on their plate. Below are the corners of the platform where it shows up most.

🔍

Reads your service history

TORQUE scans the last two years of every customer's invoices, cross-references current mileage, and surfaces what's due today. Brake fluid hasn't been touched in 70k miles? Coolant overdue? Spark plugs at the interval? It's on your screen before the customer is in the parking lot.

Writes the boring stuff

Type rough notes in the customer concern. Click TORQUE Write — it comes back as clean, customer-facing copy. Same for job descriptions, recommendations, and reminders. You stop apologizing for typos.

📦

Pulls parts off invoices

Drop a vendor invoice — paper, PDF, screenshot, whatever — into the parts importer. TORQUE reads the invoice and lays the parts onto your RO with descriptions, costs, and quantities. No re-keying. No copy-paste from RockAuto.

🛞

Tells you the oil + capacity

Click on any vehicle. Get the OEM-recommended oil weight, capacity to fill with new filter, and filter cross-references. Same for torque specs on common fasteners (lug nuts, drain plugs, brake caliper bolts). No more thumbing through ALLDATA tabs.

Estimates labor times

Type a repair name — "thermostat", "front brakes", "valve cover gasket" — and TORQUE returns shop-guide labor hours for that vehicle. Click Insert and it lands on the RO at your labor rate.

Flags comebacks before customers do

If a vehicle returns within a window after a service, TORQUE flags it as a possible comeback for the writer to look at. Quietly. No customer-facing labels. Just so you know.

How it works

Quiet by default. There when you need it.

TORQUE doesn't take over your screen. It surfaces suggestions inside the editor — usually as a single button or a small panel. Click it if you want it. Ignore it if you don't. That's the whole interaction model.

1

It's already on.

No "enable AI" toggle, no setup wizard. The moment your shop has a customer or two on file, TORQUE has data to work with.

2

It surfaces, you decide.

Suggestions appear as small, dismissible panels. Click to use, click X to ignore. TORQUE never edits your work without you confirming.

3

Your data stays yours.

TORQUE only reads your shop's data. It doesn't share customer info between accounts. Your service history isn't training anyone else's model.

What's coming

We're not going to spell it all out.

TORQUE keeps getting smarter. Some of what's in the lab today: photo-based damage flags from inspection pictures, automatic comeback root-cause notes, and a service-pattern detector that tells you which jobs are most likely to lead to a future visit.

If you're on the wait list, you'll get them as they ship — same monthly price.
